Fourth graders were taught to shoot from a Makarov pistol

In Gymnasium No. 4 of Veliky Novgorod, elementary school students were given practical training in firearms handling. The children were taught to shoot from a Makarov pistol. Initially, the students "refreshed their memory on the rules of handling weapons," and then "proceeded to practical shooting."

The session was conducted by Alexey Ivanov, the head of the Veliky Novgorod branch of the organization "Combat Brotherhood," who is also a specialist in pre-conscription training. The school director, Elena Matveeva, serves as the deputy chairperson of the Novgorod City Duma.
